The Asset Solutions team within our Banking and Financial Services group is responsible for the oversight of the Troubled Asset portfolio for Business Banking. We are a specialised team dedicated to managing and supporting the business to deal with higher risk clients.

What role will you play?

Based in our Sydney office, this pivotal role involves managing an Exit portfolio across all Business Banking segments within the Asset Solutions team. You will take independent ownership of distressed loan relationships, developing and implementing tailored strategies to drive resolution. Drawing on a range of internal and external sources, you will form well-reasoned recommendations and present these clearly to senior stakeholders. You will execute those strategies end-to-end, managing client relationships that may involve vulnerability, financial assistance obligations, insolvency processes and complaints.
