Job Title: Director, Asset Management - Institutional Coverage

Location: London

Hours: Full-time

Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.

What youll be doing:

Were looking for a Director, Asset Management to join our Institutional Coverage team in London, where youll take the lead on some of our most complex and highprofile client relationships. In this senior leadership role, youll focus on building strong, sustainable partnerships across the asset management community, deepening existing relationships while identifying new opportunities that support longterm income growth for the business.

Youll work with colleagues across coverage and product teams to deliver tailored, cross-product solutions, anticipating client needs and finding opportunities to deepen and broaden relationships. Alongside this, youll play a key role in developing the Lloyds Banking Group franchise by proactively originating new business, enhancing the quality of client engagement, and driving income growth across financial markets, lending and broader Group capabilities. Throughout everything you do, youll ensure strong risk rigor, effective collaboration with internal partners, and full alignment with regulatory and Group policy requirements.
