- Juris Doctor and 12+ years of employment law and employee relations experience, including significant in-house experience within financial services or a similarly regulated environment
- Proven leadership experience managing regional or global employee relations or employment legal functions
- Deep expertise across U.S. employment law with strong working knowledge of employment frameworks in Canada and Latin America
- Demonstrated ability to advise senior executives and influence business strategy on complex, high impact people and legal matters
- Strong track record in managing litigation, investigations, and large-scale workforce initiatives
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands on when required
- Excellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Combination of top tier law firm training and in-house experience preferred
