- 10+ years experience, with at least 2 years in product management and a proven track record of successfully delivering customer-first digital experiences
- A degree in business, engineering, science or equivalent practical experience
- Product or Agile certifications are a plus
- Ability to work across complex stakeholder groups, thinking strategically whilst not being afraid to be in the detail of delivery
