Join us in a non-flow sales role covering a broad product suite across derivatives (rates, FX, equities and commodities), repo and loans (both borrowing and lending). This is a great opportunity to gradually build up your knowledge and responsibility across the breadth of products.

What role will you play?

You will build your foundational knowledge and support the team's day-to-day operations, including client servicing for existing transactions (rollovers of loans, repo and derivatives) in coordination with internal stakeholders, KYC and documentation processes (ISDA/CSA, GMRA/GMSLA, loan agreements, etc), as well as deal preparation and post-trade follow-up.
In addition, you will cover some financial institution clients and begin proactive outreach to prospective clients in segments currently underserved. You will also engage with internal stakeholders to identify new products and solutions suited to the Japanese market.
What you offer

- A positive, energetic attitude and a natural relationship-builder
- 1+ years experience with a sell side bank or securities firm
- Solid sales instinct in order to identify the right products for the right clients, navigate key decision-makers, and drive deals to close
- Previous experience in derivatives and/or structured finance is an advantage
- Native Japanese language skills and business-level English language skills.
