- Minimum 3+ years experience in business analysis and/or operations within financial markets, ideally with exposure to transaction reporting and derivatives.
- Understanding of (or willingness to learn) transaction reporting frameworks (e.g., ASIC, MAS, CFTC, CAN) and derivatives across Rates, Credit, FX, and Commodities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with reporting platforms or operational systems is advantageous.
