What role will you play?

You will be responsible for reviewing, preparing and issuing global employment contracts as well as facilitating the return of signed employment documents. In collaboration with the recruitment team, you will resolve starter form discrepancies, update HR systems, answer any queries and manage the end-to-end starter loading process.
 
In addition, you will be involved in system testing, managing stakeholder communication, conducting data analysis and reporting, and collaborating on strategies and change initiatives, including preparing ad hoc reports.

  • A multitasker who can work with high volumes and short timeframes while maintaining a consistently high-quality standard of work 
  • Strong stakeholder management and client relationship management skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications with competence in Excel, Word and Outlook 
  • Ability to work autonomously on allocated tasks and escalate issues clearly and concisely where necessary 
  • Previous HR experience in the on-boarding process will be an advantage.
