- Proven experience in campus or early careers recruitment, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for intern and graduate programs.
- Ability to analyze market trends and campus insights to advise on recruitment strategies and enhance program outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, university contacts, and candidates.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver multiple recruitment activities, events, and timelines simultaneously.
- Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively in both virtual and in-person settings.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
