As an Early Careers Senior Recruiter in the Commercial Banking team, you will lead a coordinated approach to talent attraction, selection, program delivery, and conversion. Youll build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners while designing early identification initiatives across commercial banking programs. In this role, youll use data to inform decisions, ensure alignment with recruiting processes and controls, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. We focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering meaningful hiring outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing, attraction, and hiring for Fellowship, Summer Analyst, and Full-time Analyst programs across Commercial Banking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing visibility into recruiting activity and influencing hiring decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and partner organizations
- Plan and deliver in-person and virtual campus recruiting events, often involving travel to our national hubs
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience across the full hiring lifecycle
- Design and execute early identification programs that expand and diversify pipelines
- Support Summer Analyst and Fellowship program delivery, including onboarding, development, and conversion to full-time roles
- Use data and reporting to guide decisions and measure program effectiveness
- Maintain accurate candidate data within recruiting systems and ensure alignment with controls
- Provide clear, structured updates and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 3 years of recruiting or relevant business experience in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to influence decisions and manage expectations effectively
- Experience planning and delivering in-person and virtual recruiting events
- Experience managing programs or projects with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
- Proficiency with recruitment systems and tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines
- Ability to handle sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion
- Ability to travel during peak recruiting periods and support occasional evening or weekend activities
