What role will you play?

In this role you will develop and evolve our partnership strategy, with a clear winning aspiration grounded in market analysis and aligned to measurable objectives with key market participants. You will build and deepen executive relationships across aggregator head offices and our broker sales leadership, acting as a trusted partner and thought leader in the market.

You will champion a data and platform strategy that drives measurable improvements in targeting and market share, while leading with strong commercial discipline through investment cases, benchmarking and negotiation of partnership arrangements. You will identify opportunities through market insight and equip our sales teams with the tools, data and insights they need to compete, while delivering high quality events with clear success measures that drive sales outcomes. You will also lead and develop a high performing team, track delivery against clear performance measures, and oversee contract governance.

  • Proven experience in strategy and partnerships within mortgage lending or financial services, with strong knowledge of the broker market
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build investment cases, benchmark and negotiate agreements, and demonstrate value outcomes
  • Data fluency with the ability to define and execute data and platform strategies that drive measurable improvements in targeting and performance
  • Executive presence with experience building trusted relationships at senior level, influencing stakeholders and navigating complex environments
