What role will you play?

As a Data Governance and Delivery Manager, you will coordinate and deliver operational and data governance activities for the Data and AI division across EMEA. Partnering with senior stakeholders, you will support divisional portfolio tracking, COO reporting, communications and cross-regional alignment, providing structured insight into progress, risk themes and data quality trends. Through regular governance forums, you will shape agendas, prepare materials and ensure clear, actionable outcomes that support accountable data ownership. You will also contribute to regulatory inspections and supervisory interactions by preparing data management packs, audit responses and Board-level materials, while influencing global data governance policies and supporting the rollout of enterprise tools by advising on regional requirements. Creating dashboards, KPIs and control analyses, you will enhance visibility of data risks and work closely with Data Offices, Risk, Technology and business teams to ensure issues are identified, analysed and remediated.

  • Ability to prepare high quality presentations and written materials tailored for senior audiences. 
  • Experience in management consulting, data governance, data management or regulatory reporting within financial services. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify region-specific business requirements. 
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI or Collibra for data analysis or metadata management. 
  • Technical experience applying automation and AI-enabled solutions to data governance processes and workflows is beneficial. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
