- Experience in data governance, data management, data risk, data quality, data analysis or a related discipline, with the ability to apply governance practices in a practical business environment
- Knowledge of data governance platforms such as Collibra, including data ownership, business glossaries, metadata management and data lineage concepts
- Understanding of end-to-end data flows and modern data environments, including source systems, cloud-based data platforms, data transformation processes, data warehouses and reporting solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams, identify gaps, and provide constructive challenge while maintaining positive working relationships
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and a continuous improvement mindset. Experience delivering guidance, training or awareness activities is advantageous, as is knowledge of SQL, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, automation or people data environments.
