- Extensive experience in data governance, data management or data risk within a large and complex organisation, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive governance outcomes
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, data quality, data lineage and data ownership, with experience using data governance tools such as Collibra
- Knowledge of end-to-end data processes, including data ingestion, cloud-based data platforms, data warehouses, reporting, analytics and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across business, technology and risk functions, providing constructive challenge and supporting effective risk management and decision-making
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build data literacy, accountability and governance capability across a diverse organisation.
