- Significant experience leading complex data, technology, risk or business transformation programmes within financial services or another highly regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, operating models, controls and technology-enabled governance solutions, with experience implementing data management or governance platforms such as Collibra or similar tools
- Proven ability to define strategy, set priorities and deliver measurable outcomes across large-scale portfolios, while balancing business, risk, regulatory and technology requirements
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders, building alignment across diverse teams and resolving complex challenges in a collaborative manner
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience developing multidisciplinary teams and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
