- 8+ years of experience in governance, risk management, regulatory affairs, compliance, legal or a related control function within financial services
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, accountability regimes and regulatory obligations
- Experience coordinating governance processes, committee support or accountability framework activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare briefing materials, governance papers and stakeholder communications
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities
