- Experience in coordination or administration, ideally supporting learning, people, operations or enterprise programs in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to learning management systems or tools used for learning administration
- Proficiency in Cornerstone and Microsoft 365
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage schedules, communications, records and deliverables accurately and on time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work professionally with stakeholders, facilitators, vendors and learners
- A strong organisational and risk mindset, including the ability to follow processes, maintain documentation, identify issues early and escalate where needed
- Strong data literacy, including confidence using Excel and data analysis or visualisation tools to support reporting and improve delivery outcomes. Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
- A continuous improvement mindset, with confidence using AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, improve accuracy and support scalable ways of working.
