- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or operations within financial services
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and frameworks across jurisdictions such as ASIC, MAS, CFTC, with exposure to transaction reporting preferred
- Understanding of derivatives products including rates, credit, foreign exchange and commodities, with experience in reconciliation and exception management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and drive process improvements and automation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with experience using reporting platforms or operational systems beneficial.
