- Demonstrated success in origination, business development and strategic partnerships within the aviation sector, preferably at a tier 1 or tier 2 aviation leasing or trading business, over 10+ years.
- Deep knowledge of aircraft and engine markets, pricing dynamics and technical drivers.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and proven record of closing high-value leasing or trading transactions leveraging a strong industry network.
- Experience navigating cross-border or multi-jurisdictional deal structures.
- Ability to influence senior counterparties and align diverse internal stakeholders.
- Analytical rigor, organized and self-sufficient entrepreneurial mindset.
- International experience will be considered as an advantage
