Our Implementation team sits within Macquarie Asset Managements Enterprise division and plays a central role in the operational lifecycle of our funds and mandates. We work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders across Macquarie Asset Management to support the set-up, maintenance and termination of investment structures, ensuring smooth and accurate outcomes at every stage.

What role will you play?

In this role you will be involved in various stages of the fund and mandate lifecycle, from initial operational set-up through to termination. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Macquarie Asset Management, coordinating across teams to ensure implementations are completed accurately and on time.
You will take ownership of your workstreams with a high degree of attention to detail, identifying and escalating issues as they arise. You will also contribute to the teams continuous improvement agenda, looking for opportunities to improve how we work and helping to develop and maintain clear process documentation. Strong communication will be a key part of how you operate day to day, you will manage multiple priorities simultaneously and engage confidently with a broad range of stakeholders to drive outcomes.
