- 2+ years of experience in data, risk or related analytical roles, with exposure to data operations, management and/or data product delivery
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data issues, investigate root causes, and propose practical solutions
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset, with an interest in improving data quality, operational processes, and overall data usability
- Proven ability to collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders, with clear communication skills to translate data requirements and outcomes
- Working knowledge of data tools and concepts (e.g. SQL, data quality frameworks, data pipelines or similar), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
