What role will you play?

In this role you will lead the engineering team responsible for our content platform, providing technical direction while remaining hands-on with design, code reviews and production support. You will work closely with Product and engineering teams across the organisation, helping shape the platforms future while guiding the team through an active migration and modernisation programme. You will also support and mentor engineers, drive platform reliability, and help define how the team plans and delivers its work.

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean design, code quality and the ability to work effectively with changing priorities and requirements.
  • Experience in content management or content platform engineering; Adobe Experience Manager experience is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Proven technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers, setting technical direction and taking ownership of platform reliability.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and competing priorities, with a proactive approach to identifying and driving solutions.
  • Confidence working collaboratively with Product and other stakeholders, including discussing and resolving technical differences.
