As an intern, you will join one of our flagship trading services LCH SA, a leading global clearing house providing clearing services to international clients.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you should be currently studying for a masters degree in finance, risk management, audit, compliance, economics, business or a related field.
We will work with you during the recruitment process to understand your strengths and interests to determine the right pathway for you.
What you will do
The role responsibilities include:
Supporting the Risk team in incident analysis and followup.
Daily operational risk monitoring (reports, dashboards, meeting minutes).
Contributing to maintenance of the operational risk information system (action creation and monitoring).
Supporting the Crisis Coordinator (exercise preparation, minutes, action tracking).
Participating in Business Impact Analyses (BIA), Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and walkthrough exercises.
Supporting default management simulations and transversal coordination activities.
Preparing materials for committees and governance forums.
Ensuring alignment with internal risk policies and Group standards
Participating in internal procedures updates
Taking part in evaluating the current control framework and contributing to its improvement
What We are Looking For

You should be currently pursuing a masters degree in finance, economics, risk management, compliance, audit, business, or related field.
You will need to show excellent French and English written and verbal communication skills.
You should have a demonstrable interest in financial markets, operational risk, and resilience. A strong interest in risk topics, regulatory frameworks, or compliance is a real advantage.

Recruitment Process:
The first stage of the recruitment process involves making an application and submitting your resume.

The second stage is a video interview where you will answer a series of questions using a strength-based-interview style
The final stage is a half day assessment centre which involves several different types of exercises further information is provided at the point of invite.

Les responsabilits du poste incluent :
Soutenir lquipe Risque dans lanalyse des incidents et le suivi.
Surveiller quotidiennement les risques oprationnels (rapports, tableaux de bord, comptes-rendus de runions).
Contribuer la maintenance du systme dinformation du risque oprationnel (cration et suivi des actions).
Soutenir le coordinateur de crise (prparation des exercices, rdaction des comptes-rendus, suivi des actions).
Participer aux analyses dimpact mtier (BIA), aux plans de continuit dactivit (BCP) et aux exercices de simulation.
Soutenir les simulations de gestion des dfauts et les activits de coordination transversale.
Prparer des documents pour les comits et forums de gouvernance.
Veiller lalignement avec les politiques internes de risque et les standards du groupe.
Participer la mise jour des procdures internes.
Contribuer lvaluation et lamlioration du cadre de contrle actuel.
Profil recherch
