Job Description

The Content Specialist role supports LSEG Refinitiv Data and Product teams on Private Company business requirements. This role requires strong knowledge of Financials, Officers & Directors, Ownership, and Private Equity data. The specialist will lead data onboarding, data enhancements, and product improvements, working closely with multiple global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new and enhanced capabilities by defining business requirements and leading projects when required

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and nonfunctional requirements

  • Work on processing and moving data from the LSEG master DBoR into crosscontent platforms and data products

  • Propose and implement improvements to products, data, and processes

  • Coordinate with local and global production teams for user acceptance and functional testing

  • Partner with Quality, Product Management, Operations, Specialists, Strategy, and CARM teams to improve data quality

  • Maintain process documents, test cases, and support teams in resolving data, content, and production queries

  • Adapt to new technologies, including AI tools and Pythonbased solutions

 

Qualifications

  • Relevant education such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field

  • Work experience in the financial industry

 

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Fundamentals, Officers & Directors, Ownership, and Private Equity data

  • Ability to manage stakeholders and work independently

  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment

  • Ability to work under pressure and support realtime production environments

  • Strong collaboration skills and flexibility to work with global teams and in different shifts

  • Good working knowledge of SQL, with basic skills in Python and AIbased tools

 

Desired Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial or markets industry

  • Good understanding of Private Company data and related business processes

  • Familiarity with LSEG Refinitiv products, including Workspace and DataasaService (DaaS)
