Full Job Description

Candidate should have experience representing sponsors, borrowers, arrangers, agents, and lenders in U.S. domestic and international banking transactions with a focus on acquisition finance and leveraged finance, as well as experience in infrastructure finance, fund finance, trade finance, debt restructurings and other commercial loan transactions. Candidate must be proactive, team oriented and adaptive to legal AI tools. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. U.S. J.D. or LLM required. Candidate should be class of 2016 - 2021.

The base salary range offered for this role will be between $365,000 and $435,000 and represents the firms good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidates relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the firm. The total compensation package for this position may include overtime pay, discretionary bonuses and other benefits.
