For Linklaters Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the KYC/AML Senior Specialist role.

About the team
Join our global team responsible for managing financial crime risk, client due diligence and risk assessments. Collaborating with lawyers and compliance colleagues across the firm, our team supports new business acceptance and regulatory compliance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting client due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing clients

  • Supporting lawyers on financial crime procedures and controls

  • Screening parties against sanctions lists

  • Preparing compliance reports and supporting regulatory audits

  • Performing quality checks and training new joiners

  • Supporting process improvements and ad hoc compliance projects

Apply if you:

  • Have two to three years experience in AML / KYC, CDD and EDD, or compliance, ideally in an international environment

  • Demonstrate strong analytical, organisational and communication skills

  • Communicate confidently in English min. B2 (Polish or another firm language is an advantage).

  • Are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable working with databases and new systems.

  • Can work independently, manage priorities and build strong working relationships.
