For Linklaters Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Global Mobility Intern role.

About the Team
Join our global team responsible for Global Mobility administration, with a focus on Polish immigration and international mobility processes. Collaborating with the Global Mobility team, People Services team, Recruitment, HR teams and external service providers, our team covers end-to-end administration, document management, trackers and process coordination.

You will be responsible for

  • Supporting end-to-end Polish immigration and Global Mobility administration

  • Maintaining trackers, systems and employee files

  • Monitoring provider responsiveness and escalating urgent issues

  • Keeping Global Mobility, recruitment and HR teams informed on timelines and risks

  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, queries and projects

Apply if you

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Are available at least 30 h/week (within working hours of 9:00 17:15).

  • Are proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools

  • Work well collaboratively in a multicultural environment

  • Speak English and Polish; other languages are a plus

Contract

  • This position is offered on a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) for a duration of 6 months
