team, you drive day to day product ownership of workflow capabilities that modernize planning, approvals, activation readiness, and measurement. You lead discovery, turn ambiguity into clear requirements, and partner with marketing, technology, design, data, and control functions to deliver iterative improvements. You build governance and guardrails directly into workflows so we can move faster while improving reliability and auditability.Job responsibilities
Own product delivery for campaign orchestration capabilities by translating target state objectives into a sequenced roadmap and measurable quarterly outcomesDefine clear problem statements, opportunity sizing, baseline performance, and success measures such as cycle time, rework, service level adherence, adoption, and approval latencyLead discovery with marketers, channel execution, and operations teams to identify friction across handoffs, approvals, data readiness, and activation dependenciesTranslate needs into platform requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteriaEnsure work is consistently ready for design and engineering by driving clarity on scope, data needs, and definition of donePartner with technology to design and deliver workflow solutions including states, routing logic, validations, exception handling, integrations, and evidence captureDrive governance with risk, legal, compliance, and controls partners by embedding approvals, transparency, segregation of duties, and auditability into workflowsManage cross functional dependencies, risks, and decisions across multiple workstreams, proactively unblocking teams and escalating when neededLead agile execution rhythms including planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives to enable iterative delivery and stakeholder alignmentProduce executive ready roadmap updates, milestone readouts, risk and issue narratives, and decision asks for senior stakeholdersSupport rollout and change management through enablement materials, adoption tracking, and feedback loops that inform iteration and continuous improvementRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Five or more years of related experience in product ownership, program delivery, marketing operations, marketing technology, business analysis, or adjacent roles in a cross functional environmentDemonstrated end to end product ownership experience including problem definition, requirements, backlog management, delivery, rollout, and measurementProven ability to thrive in ambiguity, create structure, and drive outcomes across a highly matrixed organization with multiple stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skills, including creating senior leader level presentations and concise status narrativesAnalytical mindset with experience defining success measures and using data to prioritize, measure impact, and guide iterationStrong working knowledge of agile delivery practices and common collaboration tools used for backlog and sprint managementAbility to manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs, and to drive timely decisions across teamsAbility to partner effectively across marketing, technology, design, data, operations, and control functionsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience with campaign orchestration, workflow automation, or intake to activation execution workflowsFamiliarity with workflow modeling concepts such as state based workflows and exception managementExperience embedding controls into product workflows, including approvals, audit trails, evidence capture, and segregation of duties in regulated environmentsExposure to reusable marketing building blocks such as offers, audiences, content, and journeys, and the role of structured metadataExperience partnering with engineering on integrations and operational tooling such as notifications, dashboards, service level monitoring, and error handlingInterest in automation and AI assisted workflows with human oversight, including governance and risk considerations Own campaign orchestration workflows to speed marketing delivery, reduce manual effort, and strengthen governance and auditability.
