**Treasury Regional Analytics - Associate** Support our global banking operations by translating complex balance sheet activities into clear insights for senior leaders and regulatory discussions. As an Associate within the CIB Treasury team, you'll monitor daily liquidity, assess key drivers, track balance sheet shifts, and provide analytics for recurring and ad-hoc senior-level reviews. This role offers exposure to a broad suite of CIB products and international business events. Key requirements include working knowledge of investment banking products, liquidity risk concepts, proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerPoint – including PitchPro. Full Job Description
Location: Warszawa, Mazowieckie, Poland
Job responsibilities:
- Monitor daily, monthly and quarterly liquidity surpluses as measured across regulatory measures such as LCR and NSFR as well as the firms internal stress framework of modelled stress liquidity usage
- Assess key upstream drivers impacting aggregate entity liquidity positions, beyond the daily surplus number.
- Track compositional shifts in the balance sheet and linking this to shifts in liquidity. This can include monitoring for shifts in third party and affiliate-facing Markets balances as well as lending and deposit pipeline events
- Support on-going analytic reviews of business-level attribution of line of business liquidity usage and volatility of usage.
- Provide ongoing support of the production of recurring senior level reviews (such as ALCOs and other weekly senior-level updates) as well as supporting the signoff of monthly actuals
- Provide analytic support for ad-hoc regulator and senior management requests
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Working knowledge of Investment Bank products and balance sheet along with general accounting principles
- Previous exposure to liquidity risk and funding concepts
- System fluency in excel as well as ability to leverage alteryx and tableau tools
- Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint (including PitchPro)
- Strong analytical, investigative problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Focused work ethic, good business sense and demonstrated initiative, strong attention to detail
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication abilities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Professional accounting qualification preferred
