Full Job Description
Location: Lewisville, TX, United States
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to improve individual and team performance
- Participate in projects and process improvements that support continuous improvement
- Analyze performance metrics to identify issues and provide recommendations to management
- Assist with planning and preparation of departmental quality and procedural reviews
- Understand and identify error trending and effectively communicate results
- Thorough knowledge of Receivables' products and services is
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide feedback
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the environment
- Detail oriented with high levels of accuracy and problem solving
- Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel
- Minimum of 1+ years quality specialist/audit or related experience
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00 AM -3:30 PM
A Government Security Clearance, including Public Trust clearance, will be required for this position. As a condition of employment, the selected candidate must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening to obtain the necessary clearance. This process includes, but is not limited to:

- Proof of U.S. Citizenship, Acceptable documents may include a U.S. passport, certificate of naturalization, or original/certified birth certificate.

Employment is contingent upon the candidates ability to meet all requirements for government security and Public Trust clearance. Following hire, failure to maintain this clearance may result in termination of employment.
