Location: Lewisville, TX, United States

As a Transactions Specialist IV in Receivables Operations, you will assist with quality control activities to ensure adherence and consistency of Standard Operating Procedures within Receivables Operations. You will be responsible for performing quality control reviews of processed work including, but not limited to new hire batch processing, high risk extractor processing, End-to-End Processes which include Platform and Procedural Changes, etc. You will also perform side-by-side observations with employees and provide recommendations for enhancing performance to employee and supervisor, share best practices for performance improvement, and will assist in training and cross training of staff in departmental functions. This role requires that you accurately update our Quality tool with instructional feedback, collection, and maintenance of all data associated with quality reviews.

 
Job responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to improve individual and team performance
  • Participate in projects and process improvements that support continuous improvement
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify issues and provide recommendations to management
  • Assist with planning and preparation of departmental quality and procedural reviews
  • Understand and identify error trending and effectively communicate results

 
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities: 
  • Thorough knowledge of Receivables' products and services is 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide feedback
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the environment
  • Detail oriented with high levels of accuracy and problem solving
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel 

 
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Minimum of 1+ years quality specialist/audit or related experience

 

Work Schedule:  Monday- Friday 7:00 AM -3:30 PM 

 A Government Security Clearance, including Public Trust clearance, will be required for this position. As a condition of employment, the selected candidate must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening to obtain the necessary clearance. This process includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fingerprints
  • Credit check
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship, Acceptable documents may include a U.S. passport, certificate of naturalization, or original/certified birth certificate.
  • Verification of employment history
  • Educational background
  • Criminal record check
  • Tax filing history (possibly)
  • References
  • Information on relatives including citizenship  
  • 7 Year Travel History
  • 7 Year Residence History
  • Government interview completion and favorable background investigation.
  • Other relevant verifications as mandated by federal requirements

 

Employment is contingent upon the candidates ability to meet all requirements for government security and Public Trust clearance. Following hire, failure to maintain this clearance may result in termination of employment.
