As a Senior Product Delivery Associate(Scrum Master) on the Card Marketing Transformation team, you will help drive end-to-end product delivery by leading agile processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing execution risks, and enabling successful product launches.

You will be responsible for establishing delivery discipline, improving team operating rhythms, and ensuring initiatives are delivered in a stable, scalable, and transparent manner.

Job Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release planning).
Partner with Product Owners, Technology, and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans.
Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
Maintain visibility into delivery progress through effective backlog management, sprint metrics, and reporting.
Identify, track, and proactively mitigate risks, issues, and blockers impacting delivery.
Support release readiness activities, including UAT, defect management, deployment planning, and post-launch stabilization.
Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, governance routines, and agile best practices.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment through regular status reviews and leadership updates.
Use data and delivery metrics to identify trends, measure team health, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

7+ years of experience in Program Management, Scrum Master, Product Delivery, or Agile Project Management roles.
Proven experience leading delivery across cross-functional business and technology teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and software/product development lifecycles.
Experience managing multiple initiatives, including dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective team ceremonies and drive outcomes in complex environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and shifting deadlines.
Experience supporting release management, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and production deployments.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for senior leadership and delivery teams.
