Job Responsibilities:
- 7+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or technology delivery with demonstrated strength in requirements elicitation, solution design, and end-to-end execution in complex, cross-functional environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in the US Mortgage/Lending domain with working knowledge of core processes, terminology, and operating models.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, including process mapping, business rule definition, and data-driven decisioning.
- Proven stakeholder management capabilities, including senior-level communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and decision framing with clear options and trade-offs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and delivery tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, and VISIO/LUCID (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices, including story mapping, backlog management, sprint planning, refinement, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Self-starter with high ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated AI product development fluency as a Product Owner, including experience delivering AI-enabled product features or partnering closely with data science and ML engineering teams, comfort translating business problems into AI-suitable requirements, and familiarity with model evaluation concepts and ongoing monitoring considerations in production (e.g., accuracy/quality, drift, and operational performance).
