  • Experience delivering digital products or experiences from discovery and requirements through launch and optimization
  • Ability to define problems, write clear requirements, and drive execution with cross-functional partners
  • Strong prioritization skills, including comfort making trade-offs and aligning stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including using data and customer insights to inform decisions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting experimentation programs, test-and-learn strategies, or iterative product optimization
  • Experience contributing to customer experience modernization or digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping, personalization concepts, and data-driven decision making
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are not able to provide immigration sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Final job grade level and corporate title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.
