As a Transaction Processing Manager in Market Operations, you lead regulatory reporting implementation and ongoing remediation across Credit, Rates, and Equities Derivatives. You establish and improve end-to-end control processes, build strategic attestation frameworks, and translate complex multi-jurisdiction requirements into sustainable execution. You partner across Business, Technology, and Compliance to prioritize enhancements, deliver a controlled reporting environment, and complete EOD controls reliably.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Deliver regulatory reporting implementations and ongoing remediation across jurisdictions.
  • Interpret regulatory requirements by partnering with Legal, Compliance, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Establish end-to-end control processes supporting the regulatory reporting agenda.
  • Review and improve controls across Credit, Rates, and Equities reporting workflows.
  • Establish strategic attestation processes for jurisdictions already implemented to the business.
  • Develop process and system enhancement recommendations to reduce risk and manual effort.
  • Partner with Business and Technology to prioritize requirements through clear business cases.
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis to propose optimal future-state processes and controls.
  • Deliver a controlled regulatory reporting environment through strong governance and oversight.
  • Complete all controls and checks accurately by end of day.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively while escalating risks and time-critical issues promptly.
  • Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Credit/Rates/Equity Derivatives products and the end-to-end transaction lifecycle.
  • Apply working knowledge of Dodd-Frank CFTC and EMIR trade reporting requirements.
  • Execute excellent business analysis to break down complex multi-jurisdiction requirements.
  • Diagnose operational and technical issues with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Bring investment banking experience in Middle Office or Trade Support.
  • Operate proficiently in Microsoft Office with strong control discipline.
  • Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

  • Leverage a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Deliver with minimal supervision through self-motivation and ownership.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively across Business, Technology, Legal, and Compliance.
