As a Reference Data Specialist IV within the Party Reference Data Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining internal & External client reference data. Your role will involve liaising business partners, conduct data analysis, and maintain MIS reports. This position values strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Job Responsibilities: The Reference Data Specialist IV role is responsible for:

  • Manage daily production processes and coordinate a portfolio of projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reference data services
  • Measure and analyze process performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and data quality
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment on data requirements and remediation efforts
  • Subject matter expertise in Party Reference Data and data quality management to maintain high business standards
  • University graduate with 3+ years of experience in financial services or related industries
  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining client or reference data within a large organization
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools for reporting and data validation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • University graduate with 3+ years of experience in financial services or related industries
  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining client or reference data within a large organization
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools for reporting and data validation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
