Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Product Management team to partner with the Business.

 

As a Vice President of Product Management in wholesale lending services team, you will lead the strategy and delivery of digital solutions that transform our wholesale lending business.

 

Job responsibilities:
    Own and evolve product vision, multi-year strategy, and roadmap, aligning to business priorities, regulatory/controls requirements, and customer outcomes.
    Lead people management: hire, coach, develop, and performance-manage product talent; set operating cadence, standards, and career growth plans.
    Establish and run program governance (operating model, decision forums, intake/prioritization, dependency management, risk/issue management, and execution reporting).
    Provide data insights for leadership: define KPI frameworks/OKRs, build executive-level dashboards, translate metrics into narrative, and drive decisions with evidence.
    Direct solution discovery with cross-functional partners (engineering, design, data, operations, controls) to identify scalable solutions and validate value.
    Lead product planning and delivery across portfolios/releasesensuring scope clarity, sequencing, and timely launches with measurable benefits.
    Partner with business stakeholders and controls to define target-state workflows, requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and customer value.
    Apply Agile-at-scale practices to improve throughput and predictability; remove impediments and manage trade-offs across competing priorities.
    Drive change management and end-user adoption: stakeholder mapping, comms/training plans, enablement materials, feedback loops, and adoption measurement.
    Ensure quality and readiness through test management and automation, production verification, and post-release monitoring; drive continuous improvement via root-cause analysis.
    Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure secure, resilient delivery and alignment to architecture, data, and platform standards.
 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
    Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
    Demonstrated leadership as a VP/Senior Product Manager/Product Lead delivering digital transformation in financial services (wholesale lending).
    Strong understanding of wholesale lending processes, digital technologies, and risk/controls considerations in regulated environments.
    Proven people leadership experience (managing PM/PO teams), including coaching, operating cadence, and talent development.
    Strong change management capability to drive adoption and measure behavior change/outcomes.
    Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, organization, and presentation skills.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office and Agile tooling (e.g., Jira/Confluence or equivalent).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

    Expertise across the product lifecycle: discovery delivery launch adoption optimization.
    Strong data literacy: KPI/OKR design, dashboarding, insight generation, and executive storytelling to influence decisions.
    Experience leading program governance and cross-functional execution across multiple workstreams and dependencies.
