In this role, youll partner with trading desks and finance teams to produce timely P&L reporting, strengthen controls, and support new initiatives. As a Product Control Analyst in the Product Control team, you will support financial controllers and trading desks to ensure P&L reporting, balance sheet oversight, and month-end close procedures are completed accurately and on time. You will produce and analyze P&L information, provide reporting to key stakeholders, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve control and reporting issues. You will also support control enhancements and business initiatives through analysis and project support.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with P&L reporting and month-end close processesProduce, consolidate, and analyze daily, monthly, and yearly P&L informationProvide detailed financial analysis and reporting to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance managementPartner with the business to implement robust controls and support new initiativesCoordinate across front and back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issues accurately and on timeSupport investigations of reporting discrepancies and drive issues to resolution through appropriate follow-up and escalationServe as an analytical and project support resource for product control, including process improvement effortsHandle ad hoc requests and time-sensitive analysis as neededRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
