As a Payment Lifecycle Specialist IV within Payments Operations, you will play a crucial role in the smooth transfer of funds between various parties. Working under regular supervision, you will help maintain our reputation for excellent service and secure financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include payment processing across various products, such as the transfer of funds between financial institutions, cardholders, merchants, corporate and retail clients, and the reconciliation of purchase and sales options, futures, or securities. This may involve sanctions screening, payment investigations, funds control, exception processing, resolving reconciliation breaks, and invoicing or cash management activities.

Job responsibilities
  • Analyze requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility
  • Post Settlement Reconciliation
  • End to End Transaction Monitoring
  • Partner with internal departments to scale operating model for new rail growth as business initiatives attracts new clients and/or growth of existing client base
  • Develop subject matter expertise of new products, business processes, and application flows to proper manage changes, issues, and other support needs
  • Interact with Product Management, Operational Monitoring, and Incident Management Teams, along with Project Managers and IT teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • IExcellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate issues and results to management
  • Strong understanding of Windows office system and ability to do excel analysis with large amounts of data
  • Demonstrated communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others, obtain results/change and implement projects/processes
  • Demonstrated success in manage fast changes and adapt to new business initiatives
  • Flexibility with shift arrangements as per business need for 24 x 7 requirement.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience of Payments, Cash, Treasury Operation dealing with operational process, controls and problem solving is a plus
  • Experience in global payments is desirable, with understanding of accounting and money move processes .
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools and willingness to adopt emerging technologies that support process improvement and operational excellence
