Full Job Description
Location: LONDON, LONDON, United Kingdom
Design and execute the CIBs strategy for rolling out AI products across the CIB by persona
Critically assess AI products available to the CIB and influence the product roadmap to meet CIB-specific business requirements and/or develop CIB-specific features
Assimilate information and provide synthesized views for senior management on possible scenarios, including key risks & considerations (in partnership with CIB AI Governance)
Define and track success of AI adoption across full AI tool inventory for senior management; measure impact, usage, and ROI for all available AI tools in the CIB
Enable client-facing teams (Sales/Bankers) through AI training to equip them with relevant materials and talking points on JPMs AI strategy and approach
Provide thought leadership on AI adoption and best practices for key CIB clients
Prior experience with AI and knowledge of Financial Services required
Significant strategy experience with diverse problem-solving background required e.g. top strategy consulting firm, internal strategy, investment banking, private equity
Deep knowledge and understanding of AI & ML (esp. how to use GenAI tools / Prompt Engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic workflows)
BSc or MSc degree in relevant field
Outstanding ability to analyze problems and apply quantitative analytical approaches
Ability to easily assimilate new information and communicate effectively
Strong verbal/written skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required
