  • Drive process optimization and AI utilization across EMEA A&A program, identifying opportunities to improve staffing, performance management, onboarding, engagement, and other operational processes through technology-enabled solutions while ensuring appropriate governance and change management.
  • Guide and support the regional Early Career Managers, establishing consistent execution standards, sharing best practices, and ensuring alignment to global A&A processes and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders (including Group and Product Heads), drive alignment, and deliver outcomes on workforce, talent, and business priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives at regional scale, including workforce planning and talent initiatives.
  • Strong commercial and operating judgment, with the ability to make timely decisions, manage risk, and escalate appropriately on capacity, staffing, performance, and talent-related matters.

  • Highly analytical and data-driven communicator, able to translate workforce, capacity, and talent insights into clear recommendations and actions for senior leadership in a matrixed, EMEA environment.
As the GIB EMEA Analyst & Associate (A&A) Lead, you will report to the GIB A&A Leader and serve as the regional lead responsible for staffing effectiveness, capacity management, and the overall health of the EMEA A&A population.
