As an Asset Servicing Analyst within Securities Services Operations, you manage the end-to-end processing of complex voluntary corporate actions and support oversight of proxy voting services across Asia-Pacific markets. You partner with internal teams and service providers to deliver accurate, timely outcomes and clear client communications. You identify exceptions early, escalate effectively, and help reduce operational risk through strong controls and documentation. You contribute to continuous improvement by strengthening processes and sharing knowledge across the team.

Youll work closely with regional processing teams, product partners, client-facing teams, and external vendors to deliver consistent service outcomes across multiple markets. The team focuses on disciplined execution, transparency, and continuous improvement to protect clients and improve the operating environment.
 

Job responsibilities

  • Process complex, high-risk voluntary corporate action events from announcement through completion
  • Reconcile client instructions, investigate breaks, and drive timely resolution through appropriate escalation
  • Execute daily controls, checks, instruction processing, and query management with accuracy and timeliness
  • Validate proxy voting data and meeting information received from vendors to support accurate client communications
  • Escalate issues to vendors and internal partners when exceptions, data gaps, or risks are identified
  • Document processing, controls, and issue resolution evidence in line with operational standards
  • Monitor proxy voting service quality and support governance activities by tracking issues and trends
  • Partner with regional processing, product, and client-facing teams to deliver consistent service outcomes
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce risk and improve efficiency
  • Coach peers through guidance and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capability and client experience
  • Serve as a point of contact for corporate actions and proxy-related queries to support timely stakeholder resolution


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3 years of experience in financial services operations with hands-on transaction processing responsibilities
  • Experience supporting corporate actions and/or asset servicing operational workflows
  • Ability to apply controls, validate inputs, and identify exceptions with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and judgment to assess issues, risks, and required actions
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain issues, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate outcomes in a high-volume environment
  • Experience working in a control-focused environment with evidence of supporting operational risk reduction
  • Ability to learn, document, and implement new processes effectively in a changing environment
     

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting proxy voting operations and/or proxy oversight activities
  • Experience performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for operational applications or workflow enhancements
  • Knowledge of Asia-Pacific market practices related to corporate actions and post-trade processing
  • Experience contributing to process change initiatives and operational improvement delivery
