What is this position about?

Processing of Corporate Actions income and events for SG and HK booking centres.

What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like? 

  • Reconciliation with custodian payment advices for coupons / redemptions / dividends / mandatory events, and to process payments to clients.
  • Checking on custodian pre-notifications on coupons / redemptions / mandatory events, and to prepare pre-advices / notifications to FO / clients.
  • Liaising with custodian & front office for income & mandatory event queries.  
  • Checking of daily cash breaks to process pending payments and to resolve booking issues if any. 

Primary Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will

  • Timely and accurate data entry for processing of all Incomes/Corporate events.
  • Liaise with custodians for clarification on incomes/events.
  • Handle queries from RMs/MAs/Custodians on the incomes/events.
  • Handle cash / security breaks to account for all payments made by custodian. 
  • Check and control entries for commission fees collected or update waiver file if fees are waived.

Other contributions

  • Participate in UAT.
  • Participate in workflow improvement processes. 
  • Participate in ad hoc projects.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills

Required education/certification/licenses

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
