As a Finance & Business Management (F&BM) Associate in CCB Operations, you will partner with business and finance leaders to manage forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis across key metrics such as expenses, volumes, and unit costs. Youll help deliver timely, high-quality insights that inform decisions, improve transparency, and support operational discipline. Youll work in a collaborative environment with exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with CCB Operations and Finance stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and key performance driversManage the monthly forecasting process, including assumptions, inputs, and variance analysisSupport annual budget and mid-year reforecast processes, coordinating timelines and deliverablesPrepare and consolidate month-end results and deliver clear explanations of variances versus plan/forecastDevelop management reporting and dashboards to track expenses, volumes, and unit costsReview expense activity to ensure appropriate governance, transparency, and adherence to financial disciplinePerform financial and strategic analyses to support decisions and business initiativesCreate concise, executive-ready presentations and materials for senior managementMaintain a calendar of deliverables to ensure accurate, on-time reporting and smooth stakeholder engagementContribute to continuous improvement and expense efficiency initiatives across the organizationRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
