Bring your organization, discretion, and client focus to a fast-paced environment where your support helps a busy team run at its best. You will work closely with senior leaders and partner teams, helping deliver a seamless experience for both internal stakeholders and clients.

 

As an Executive Assistant at JP Morgan within the Corporate Bank team, you will manage complex priorities, protect time for high-impact work, and coordinate details that keep meetings, travel, and events running smoothly. You will be trusted to handle sensitive information with care and represent the team with professionalism.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Manage advanced, proactive calendar scheduling, including swift set-up of internal and external client meetings (in person or via Zoom or Microsoft Teams)

  • Prepare end-to-end logistics for client meetings, including transportation, room bookings, and printing materials

  • Manage complex, high-volume email traffic with sound judgment and clear prioritization

  • Handle client interactions professionally while maintaining a high level of confidentiality internally and externally

  • Provide shared phone coverage for a busy group, with significant interaction with clients and senior members of the firm

  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements (flights, check-ins, visas, accommodation, and ground transportation) in line with corporate policy, including frequent last-minute changes

  • Process expense reports, reimbursements, and personal amounts owing

  • Use internal systems and complete required training; apply relevant corporate policies including cross-border, compliance, travel, and expense requirements

  • Partner with marketing teams to support client events (calendar alignment, nominations, invitations, and follow-ups) and coordinate assistant coverage locally and internationally when needed

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Professional client handling and relationship-building skills with clients and coverage groups

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Full competency in diary management, with sound judgment, ability to manage competing priorities, and a solution-oriented mindset

  • High attention to detail with a consistent track record of high-quality execution

  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines; proactive, takes ownership, and manages time effectively

  • Polished and professional approach; calm and composed under pressure; strong team player who leads by example

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in English and French
