Join J.P. Morgan's Global Sales team in Frankfurt, driving equity sales and expanding coverage for global portfolio managers.

Are you an experienced Equity sales professional ready to advance your career in the dynamic world of Global Cash Equity Sales? Join our team at J.P. Morgan in Frankfurt, where you'll support the team head in building out the Global sales platform and expanding coverage for global portfolio managers. As an Executive Director in Global Cash Equity Sales, you will support the team head in building the Global sales platform, coordinate strategy to analyze addressable institutions, and produce daily e-mails and regular ideas material. You'll take over coverage of Global PMs, create timely reports on progress, and interact with execution to drive the Global Cross Channel Execution agenda.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the team head in building out the Global sales platform.
  • Coordinate strategy to analyse addressable institutions and report back on market share and rank.
  • Produce daily e-mails and regular ideas material to raise awareness of products and analysts.
  • Take over coverage of Global PMs, expanding reach and coverage as needed.
  • Create timely reports on progress and meet agreed targets set with the team head.
  • Interact with execution and help drive the Global Cross Channel Execution agenda.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Support the Global Frankfurt Sales team in daily products, corporate meetings, and day-to-day operations.
  • Analyse the addressable market, quantify market share/votes, and monitor progress monthly and quarterly.
  • Strong analytical & investment skillsets 
  • Experienced salesperson with knowledge of the US and Pan European cash equities market.
  • Existing client relationships with scope to take on more account responsibilities.
  • Account management skills, selling core cash equities and the broader franchise.
  • Self-starter with the ability to create commercial Global morning e-mails and ideas products.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and judgment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent technology skills with superior Excel skills.
