The Early Career Development Team is responsible for designing the end-to-end journey for the Analysts & Associates in the Asset & Wealth Management Early Careers Program. In the US Private Bank, this role is specifically focused on ensuring that this pipeline of future Advisors are positioned for success. The Analyst & Associate Program Manager position plays a variety of roles including supporting junior talent, coaching, developing, managing key stakeholder relationships, and delivering on overall Program execution.

As a Program Manager, you will be the Early Careers lead supporting the Investment Solutions businessowning execution of core program processes while driving stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement. The role partners closely with Campus & Lateral Recruiting, Training, Compensation, HR Business Advisors (HRBAs), and the broader Global Program team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for end-to-end ownership.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Early Careers point of contact and trusted advisor for Investment Solutions stakeholders.
  • Own end-to-end program operations for Analysts & Associates, including performance management and year-end processes (ratings, reviews, compensation).
  • Work with key stakeholders to refine and execute recruiting strategies, training and development strategies, LOB engagement, performance management & compensation, and other key program strategies and decisions
  • Deliver promotion/progression processes across the Investment Solutions business in partnership with Early Career Managers and Market Leadership.
  • Lead program analytics and reporting (e.g., retention, development outcomes, program health insights) and provide executive-ready updates.
  • Manage the year-end compensation process in partnership with Compensation and HRBAs, including analysis, audit reporting, and escalations.
  • Ensure alignment to global program standards where applicable; drive efficiency, controls, and process improvements.
  • Act as the SME for Analyst & Associate program policies, timelines, and stakeholder inquiries; adapt plans to changing business priorities.
  • Support program experience initiatives (development programming, surveys, councils/working groups, engagement efforts).

     

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in program/project management, talent development, HR, or related functions; proven ability to run complex processes end-to-end.
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguity, manage competing deadlines, and escalate appropriately.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across a matrix and drive decisions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Acute attention to detail, follow-through, and results orientation 
  • Strong written/verbal communication, including facilitation and presentation skills .
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Knowledge / experience in Asset & Wealth Management or  Investment Solutions organization.
  • Python proficiency and/or advanced reporting automation/analytics experience.
