You will build deep product expertise, strengthen your leadership brand, and drive meaningful revenue growth. As a Supplier Recruitment Manager within our commercial card payments team, you will lead a group of supplier recruiters to expand virtual card adoption across our client base. You will set the strategy and operating rhythm for your team, while partnering with sales, client management, and product teams to deliver solutions that improve supplier enablement. You will bring a consultative approach to client engagement, using market insights and performance data to help prioritize opportunities and remove adoption barriers. You will act as a product and industry subject matter expert, staying current on payments trends and best practices. You will build an inclusive, high-performance culture focused on measurable outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of commercial card supplier recruiters, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Set clear goals and drive execution to achieve virtual card adoption targets and revenue objectives.

  • Monitor and report on team performance, supplier adoption metrics, and revenue goals.

  • Contribute to the strategic product roadmap by sharing Supplier insights and market feedback.

  • Champion the adoption of existing and emerging client-facing products and capabilities, configuring optimal solutions for our Recruitment teams to help address client needs.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial card products, staying current with industry trends and best practices.

  • Engage with client teams to understand pain points, refine solutions, and communicate critical feedback to Product teams.

  • Collaborate with our Client Management and Sales partners on pricing, pipeline planning, and team upskilling through training and collateral development.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Extensive experience in payments, financial services, or related fields, with a strong track record of problem-solving across teams and products.

  • Deep understanding of payment card networks and transaction processing.

  • Proven experience managing all stages of sales cycles.

  • Demonstrated success leading large, high-performing sales teams to exceed adoption and revenue targets.

  • Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration across multiple departments and leadership groups.

  • Strong history of building and motivating diverse teams in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to align strategies and drive organizational goals.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders.

  • Skilled at managing change and driving cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes.

  • Awareness of financial services and commercial card regulatory frameworks.

  • Proficient in modifying and configuring solutions for complex client needs, working in highly matrixed organizations, and using CRM software and sales tools like Salesforce.
