As a Technical Implementation Analyst in Client Onboarding and Services, you coordinate end-to-end product implementation set-ups for clients. You partner with internal teams and client technology teams to capture requirements, execute testing, and complete production migration. You manage multiple simultaneous requests while exercising sound judgment, clear communication, and a commitment to Diversity, Inclusion & Opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive ownership and strengthen client satisfaction throughout implementation delivery
  • Manage expectations by establishing timelines and maintaining clear documentation
  • Communicate progress, risks, and status updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Facilitate discussions with clients to understand requirements and translate them into implementation actions
  • Coordinate product setup, testing, and production migration with internal teams and client technology teams
  • Perform file validation and support testing activities across implementations
  • Apply creative problem solving and sound judgment to resolve implementation challenges
  • Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner, including documenting observations and raising risks as needed
  • Identify gaps and exceptions, and recommend practical solutions to close them
  • Manage multiple concurrent requests while collaborating effectively across multiple teams
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to deliver agreed outcomes

 

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong logical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work requests with effective time and work management
  • Hands-on experience with mainframe testing, transmission testing, and file testing (including ISO 20022, X12, and BAI2 formats)
  • Working knowledge of ISO 20022 or electronic data interchange message formats, including extensible markup language
  • Working knowledge of system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Bachelors degree in engineering and 6+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or treasury product implementation in a technical role

 

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Knowledge of United States and Canada treasury products
  • Experience using UiPath or similar workflow automation tools
