JPMorganChase Payments brings together Treasury Services, Merchant Services, and Trade Solutions to support Corporate clients, Financial Institutions, and Governments within the Commercial & Investment Bank. You will join the Payments Sales Business Management team, partnering with Sales and Product leaders to shape client strategy, define growth plans, and improve business performance. You will help strengthen governance and proactively identify and manage business risks across a dynamic, fast-moving region.

As a Payments Sales Business Manager at JPMorganChase within Payments Sales Business Management, you will help set and execute regional strategy across Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA). You will lead business reviews, deliver performance reporting and insights, and coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, Banking/Coverage, technology, and other partners. You will also develop scalable tools, processes, and governance that enable consistent sales execution and sustainable growth.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with regional Sales leadership and align with global stakeholders to set and execute strategy, priorities, and the operating cadence
  • Drive regional business development initiatives and cross-functional programs to accelerate growth in priority client segments and corridors
  • Own the regional performance management framework, including key performance indicators, forecasting, pipeline reporting, and client activity reporting
  • Provide market, client, competitor, and financial insights to inform commercialization, solution enhancements, and prioritization decisions
  • Lead business reviews and executive materials, delivering clear analysis (for example, top clients, industries, and competitor positioning) and recommendations
  • Enable sales execution through pipeline reviews, disciplined pipeline governance, and development of client-ready content
  • Ensure strong governance, controls, and risk management, including issue escalation and coordination of mitigation plans with key partners
  • Provide financial leadership for the regional Sales organization, including revenue and profit and loss performance tracking and actions to optimize revenue, profitability, and capacity
  • Champion process improvement and automation to enhance sales processes, reporting efficiency, and client engagement effectiveness
  • Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Strong attention to detail, with clear ownership and follow-through on deliverables and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating executive-ready presentations and materials
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, developing team members, and enabling strong collaboration
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions
  • Experience operating effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with senior stakeholder engagement
  • Strong governance and controls mindset, including risk awareness and sound judgment
  • High ethics and integrity, with comfort addressing issues directly and escalating appropriately
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with an ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic business environment
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Familiarity with Payments solutions, including Trade and Working Capital solutions
