As an Administrative Assistant Manager in Business Support Management (BSM), you will lead a team of Administrative Assistants supporting Digital & Platform Services (D&PS) and D&PS Technology. Youll foster a culture of productivity, compliance, and professional growth, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to enable seamless business operations. Finance & Business Management (F&BM) is committed to building strong relationships and driving meaningful outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for a team of Administrative Assistants across multiple locations
Ensure consistent coverage and high-quality service for supported leaders and sites
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to build future leaders
- Maintain a strong control and compliance environment; identify and mitigate operational risks
- Build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders and key partners
- Manage partnerships across Digital & Platform Services and the Commercial & Investment Bank
- Provide strategic direction to improve productivity and business leverage
- Build alignment and consensus on key initiatives and process improvements
- Advocate for administrative staff needs and enable effective ways of working
- Lead performance management, including feedback, development planning, and evaluations
- Participate in compensation planning and talent processes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative, operations, or people management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to solve problems independently and exercise sound judgment
- Customer service mindset with experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to listen, influence, and drive outcomes
- Highly organized self-starter with consistent follow-through and delivery against deadlines
- Effective collaborator with remote management
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in Human Resources or leading/influencing teams
- Experience in Investment Banking or Financial Services environment
