As a Business Management Vice President - Internal Audit within the Finance & Business Management (F&BM) Function supporting the Internal Audit Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Fiduciary Program Management Office (PMO), you lead delivery, governance, and reporting across audit programs. You work closely with stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met, processes are efficient, and insights are clear and actionable. You help transform how reporting and workflows operate through data, automation, and innovative solutions.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program deliverables including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
  • Oversee audit plan tracking, issue validation, and resource alignment processes
  • Coordinate planning activities, including risk assessments and program updates
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of data used in tracking and reporting
  • Develop executive-level reporting with clear insights and recommendations
  • Standardize reporting processes to ensure consistency across deliverables
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting and workflows
  • Develop scalable solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Enhance data models and controls to improve reporting quality and timeliness
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver program objectives and inform decision-making

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 4 years of experience in program management, business management, audit, or a related function
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
